SteelCorp enters the modular construction market and is expected to revolutionize the real estate sector in Brazil

Under the command of Roberto Justus as CEO, the company brings advanced technology systems to real estate and is expected to increase demand for Steel Frame in the Brazilian market.

With the aim of revolutionizing the architecture and property construction sector in the country, SteelCorp arrives on the market with an innovative proposal: modular constructions and advanced high-tech systems. The 800 m² office, located in the Berrini 500 Building, in São Paulo, has already been opened and uses Steel Frame.

Alongside Roberto Justus, who takes over as CEO of the company, is the partner and President, Daniel Gispert, who has 24 years of experience as a senior executive in the construction sector. Marcelo Pieruzzi, also a partner, takes over as President of SteelBank, a business securitizer with the aim of financing works and debentures.

The construction process with Steel Frame or Light Steel Frame is, on average, 50% faster, promotes greater thermal and acoustic comfort and also prioritizes sustainability. This type of construction presents a high level of resistance and absence of pathologies.

Compared to a conventional 810m² building, for example, the Steel Frame generates five times less waste, saves more than 180 thousand liters of water, emits five times less CO² into the ozone layer and also preserves more than 560 trees.

SteelCorp is the perfect union between industrialization, civil construction and architecture, with the premise of solving problems and delivering projects in a faster, cleaner, more modern and environmentally friendly way.

The company plans R$ 800 million in revenue by the end of 2024 and will have its first factory in January with an average investment of R$ 30 million and prioritizes sustainability.
